Must all bookings be made in advance?
We do advise booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment. This also gives us more time to reserve the best vehicle for your journey. Transfers can be booked as late as 24 hours prior to your departure or arrival.

I have sent you an email, what happens next?
After you send us email, you will receive email reply within 4hours from our travel team outlining your journey and the total fare and vehicle type.

Once you confirm with us, we will reserve your airport chauffeur driver and you will receive a booking reference number. When you receive your booking reference number you can be assured your booking is in our system and your driver will be there.

How long does it take before I get confirmation of my booking?
You should receive full confirmation of your booking within 8 hours (2 hours for urgent bookings). If after 24 hours you have received no acknowledgment, please call us to check whether or not we have received your email taxi booking request.

How do I meet my driver at the airport?
The easiest way to meet your driver is with our Executive Meet & Greet service. Passengers that choose the executive 'Meet & Greet' service can expect their driver to be standing at the airport information desk holding a name-board or company logo as they enter arrivals hall. Pre-payment pays for the driver waiting time and car park costs respectively.

Alternatively, you can give us a call when you are ready to leave the airport terminal.
Once we have received your call, your driver (who shall be on standby outside the terminal) will reach you in approximately 15 minutes. Please note, this option is only available to passengers that have provided us with a mobile cell number that functions in the UK on the day of arrival and that the phone is charged.

What happens if my flight arrives late, is there an extra charge for waiting time?
Our standard procedure involves monitoring all UK flight times so regardless of a late or early arrival, your airport taxi chauffeur driver will be there.

Your driver will enter the terminal 30 minutes after your flight lands (15 minutes for domestic and European flights). From the moment your driver enters the terminal building, an additional 45 minutes waiting time is included in all of our quotes.

This means that from the time your flight lands, you have 1 hour 15 minutes to meet your driver (1 hour for domestic and European flights). If on the extremely rare occasion you have not located your driver within this period, waiting time is charged at £15 per hour (25p per minute) and will be billed to your credit card or account ref#. This pays for the driver waiting time and car park costs respectively.

If you have any doubts, you can always request a later pick up time.

How long will the driver wait for me?
Once the allotted waiting time has expired your driver will make extensive enquiries at the airport (with customs; your airline; airport information's paging system) before referring back to our office where further enquiries will be made. Only then will the driver be authorised to leave the terminal.

How do I pay for my journey?
There are 3 ways that you can pay for your journey:

1. Cash - Sterling (£) GBP directly to the driver. (DEPARTURES TRANSFER ONLY)

2. Credit Card / Debit Card - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro in advance subject to a handling fee and all corporate cards.

3. Account customers are billed as per contract conditions.

**UK Airport Arrivals Taxi pick up service must be pre-paid in advance.

Does my fare include a tip?
No. Neither the minimum charge or your fare includes a tip. Giving a tip is discretionary and completely up to you.

I need a receipt for my journey, when do I get a receipt?
If you pre-pay using a credit card we will send you a receipt via email immediately. The email will detail in full the booking and transaction amount. Passenger/s will also receive a receipt from their driver once the transfer has been completed.

Do you have account facilities?
Account facilities can be arranged subject to status. Just apply by sending us email and including your contact number and the best time to contact you.
